THE DEAN BUILDING

The Dean Building is a coworking space in Birmingham, AL that was designed by Justin Collier Architect, with AH&P providing the mechanical and plumbing design. The two story building has parking and entrances on both levels with a total of 10,000sq.ft of interior space which includes 40 individual offices, four conference rooms, and shared common spaces such as break rooms. The building also has a nice exterior common space with a putting green, and other amenities include a golf simulator, free wifi, and printing for the tenants. The building opened in July of 2024 and is fully occupied.
