GRIFFIN REGION COLLEGE & CAREER ACADEMY

The Griffin Region College & Career Academy is located in Griffin, GA. It was originally the Spalding County High School which was first constructed in 1929 but then burned down and was re-opened in 1945. AH&P did the MEP design for the recent renovation that was completed in 2017. The school is a joint venture between high schools and colleges in the surrounding area, with programs focusing on workforce development in film, technology, industrial systems, criminal justice, healthcare, and welding. AH&P was also involved in the design of the new Flight Simulation Lab that is currently under construction at the Griffin Region College & Career Academy.
